











’12 Hexagrams’ is an audiovisual exploration of passages taken from the ancient Chinese cosmological text I Ching.
Used traditionally for divination, the philosophical commentaries, or hexagrams, are drawn by throwing coins to give answers to questions relating to past, present or future. In this exercise Giosuè created videos and music to thematically explore the various Confucianist, Taoist and Buddhist concepts reworked with modern-day symbols. The digital tapestry of audiovisual shorts featured as part of 21, a multi-disciplinary creative festival at Testing Grounds in Melbourne in 2014.
